At the farmyard we are passionate about exercise and wellness. Training in London we have brought what we've learnt back with a twist. Conventional gym workouts but with more room and a splash of rural lifting.
Our small classes allow the trainers to give more attention to each participant, so you get the most out of your workout!
We can help by improving sports performance, cardio vascular fitness, strength, or just making you feel better!
